Young designer Sang Geun Jeon puts eating and drinking as life’s top priorities (alongside dressing). His fine eye for detail comes across in delicately crafted work that is hardy enough for everyday use. With an inspiration to make objects that take pride and place in domestic environments his white and black porcelain wares put a contemporary spin on classic Korean archetypes. His drinking vessels for tea and his stacking plate systems are equally playful and elegant adding dynamism to the dining table.
